Band/Promoter guide
Promoter access lets an approved Band account create profiles and manage shows on an artist’s behalf. Band owners always retain ownership, band-member control, and the ability to end promoter access.
Promoter access is an additional permission on a registered Band account—not a separate account type.
Contact Live-List so an administrator can speak with you before enabling promoter tools.
The first time you open the dashboard after approval, Live-List displays the Promoter Access Agreement.
An approved promoter can build a new band profile and invite the artist or band representative to become its owner.
An existing band owner can invite you from the Promoter access section of the band editor.
After a relationship becomes active, the band appears on your dashboard with authorized promoter access.
The owner and promoter both manage the public profile and show schedule. This is useful when the band remains actively involved in routine updates.
The promoter becomes the primary day-to-day manager for the profile and shows. The band owner still keeps access, ownership, and final control.
The band owner can remove the promoter, or the promoter can leave an active relationship. The band profile, photos, and existing shows remain intact.
