Text Messaging Terms

Account registration texts
When you separately choose the optional registration-text checkbox, Live List may send an automated link to the mobile number you provided so you can complete your account registration. An administrator may resend this link while the account remains unregistered.
Live List text alerts
When you separately opt in to text notifications, Live List may send recurring automated promotional and informational messages about live shows, bands, venues, account activity, and personalized music recommendations to the mobile number you provided.
Optional consent
Text notifications are optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, using Live List, making a purchase, or receiving any other Live List service.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your preferences, local show activity, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any Live List text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn off text alerts from your Live List account when that setting is available.
Delivery
Text delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile privacy
Our handling of mobile numbers and messaging consent is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these Text Messaging Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your choices remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
